DVS (Direct Vision Standard) Progressive Safe System

Ensure your fleet is compliant with the new Direct Vision Standards (DVS) that come into effect in October 2024. For vehicles weighing over 12 tonnes operating in and around London. Our standard DVS Kit includes:
- Camera Monitoring Systems (CMS) – A side AI camera on the near side of the vehicle aimed down to eliminate the blind spot, combined with a monitor situated on the near side pillar. Operational at all times under 20MPH.
- Moving Off Information Systems (MOIS) – Another AI camera is fitted to the front of the vehicle to allow detection of VRUs for safe moving off.
- Left Turn Alarm – Activated when the left turn signal is on. An additional button is also installed on the dash to stop the sounder activating at night.
- Warning Signage – Prominently displayed on the vehicle.
